How do you handle privacy and GDPR?
Dental Agents is designed with privacy by design: EU infrastructure, encryption, strict separation between practices, role-based access, data minimisation and no use of practice data for AI training. We are actively working towards full GDPR compliance. A data processing agreement is available for business customers. The full privacy statement is on the privacy page.
Is my practice separated from other practices?
Yes. Every practice has its own, isolated environment. Own documents, team members and settings are only visible within that practice and are not shared with other practices or partners.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Your practice data is not used to train external AI models.
Can we upload patient data?
No. The platform is explicitly not intended for patient records or medical personal data. Uploads are checked for this.
Does my practice knowledge remain mine?
Yes, always. You can export your content at any time. After cancellation your data is removed in line with the retention period.
